I strive to provide the best service to all my clients. To ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to book an appointment, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **24-Hour Notice**: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting. 2. **No Call/No Show**: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying me prior to your appointment, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with me. 3. **Cancellation Fee**: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
